Unless one knows the whole story, one should not judge anyone haphazardly and show one's ignorance of "innocent until proven guilty" system of law and order in America. Well, until anything is proven, that affects the companies bottom line,what he does with his own salary is none of anyones business.

As a stockholder, I would rather he kept his creativity in the bedroom, than how to cook the company books, for monetary pleasure. Think about it....
